PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Terms & Conditions
Advanced payment in full by credit card is required for all orders. Premier Men will accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Premier Men does NOT accept payment by PayPal or mail-in payments. Please do not send cash, money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks. All prices are subject to change from time to time at Premier Men’s sole discretion. Price changes will be posted.

ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
To ensure that orders are shipped within this timeframe, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed. If we are unable to fulfill your order, someone from our customer service department will contact you to discuss other options.

REFUND, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Here at Premier Men, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases that you have made. With that in mind, purchases made online may be returned or exchanged at Premiermen.com or any of our affiliated stores in Southern California, within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, have the tags attached and be accompanied with the original invoice. There will be no exceptions. Items purchased on sale, are “final sale” and non exchangeable. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed. Items that do not comply with the above policy will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you do ship such items, Premier Men will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. When returning an item at an affiliated store, you must provide the credit card originally used to make the purchase as well as the original invoice. If you do not have the original credit card we will be unable to complete the return. If you do not have the original invoice we will not be able to complete the return.

Please Note: The following items are not eligible for return: Jewelry and Sale Items
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. To ensure that orders are shipped as promptly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed. If you must make a change, please contact our main office within 3 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Our main office number is (310) 854-0060.

Premier Men will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Premier Men (see Undeliverable Packages for details). Premier Men will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. SHIPPING
Please note: On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed. Premier Men is not responsible for lost packages if you did not properly submit the correct shipping address with your order.

Domestic Shipping: All packages are shipped within 2 to 5 business days where available. Most orders over $350 may require signature upon delivery. Shipping charges are determined by the number and weight of items ordered and the shipping method selected. Shipping time frame for each shipping method is estimated. The typical delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days for ground packages. Premier Men does offer expedited shipping for Two day and Next Day deliveries.

International Shipping: premiermen.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers.
With a normal customs clearance, these are the estimated transit times for standard and priority shipments:

STANDARD: Please allow at least 4-12 business days, providing the store has the item(s) in stock and available for immediate shipment, for your order to arrive at our depot. We are not responsible for delays by the store in the shipment of your item to our depot. The transit time from the store to our depot depends on where in the USA the store you purchased from is located. We ship your merchandise as soon as it arrives at our depot and provide you with a tracking number. Allow 4-8 business days for your order to arrive in your country from the day we ship it to you.

PRIORITY: Please allow 2-4 business days, providing the store has the item(s) in stock and available for immediate shipment, for your order to arrive at our depot. We are not responsible for delays by the store in the shipment of your item to our depot. The transit time from the store to our depot depends on where in the USA the store you purchased from is located. We ship your merchandise as soon as it arrives at our depot and provide you with a tracking number. Allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive in your country from the day we ship it to you.

BACKORDERS
If all of the items included in your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to lack of inventory and you will be issued a full refund of your order total (including tax, shipping and handling).
If some, but not all, of the items included in your order are out of stock, we will ship only the items that are available in stock. You will be charged sales tax for only those items available in stock that will be shipped.

PACKAGES
If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Premier Men, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order subtotal. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Premier Men will not re-ship any order that is classified as undeliverable and returned to us. If you would still like to purchase the items that were undeliverable, please place a new order through our website.

SALES TAX
In accordance with state laws, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within the continental US. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, which includes shipping and handling charges and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.

For your planning and convenience, we display exact sales tax amount when orders are placed and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is placed.

PURCHASING TERMS
Premier Men may occasionally update these Purchasing Terms. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of the Purchasing Terms. You understand that Premier Men reserves the right to make these changes and that you are responsible for regularly reviewing this Purchasing Terms, as posted on this Web site.
